Snow storms and freezing conditions bring more chaos as temperatures plummet...
2009 started with bleak sub-zero temperatures and February is also set to make the record books, -15°C in Scotland was recorded over the weekend.
Undeterred by the severe weather the team have maintained service standards despite the worst conditions for years.
